Google5Eppler Garage Doors! It's never a good time for your garage door to bite the dust but mine did last week. After reading some rave reviews, I decided to give Eppler a try and so glad I did! Ally was very helpful giving estimates on the phone after I sent her some photos my deteriorated motor and worn belt. Travis arrived to fix it with all the parts and tools to replace it. He also did a couple of extra things for me and I was extremely happy with his work and professionalism. I felt their prices were very reasonable and competitive. He also took all the old parts so I did not have to worry about discarding them myself.

Google5This is my second review for Eppler Garage Doors. The first review was for a relatively straight forward replacement of springs, rollers and an opener, in a townhouse and that review was 5 Stars. This second review encompasses a MUCH more complex project involving 2 custom roll up doors, with a garage opening that had to be reframed, re-engineered and ultimately installed with incredibly close tolerances, including the addition of side drive motors. Juston and his team have been coordinating with our contractor for over a year on this project and it was just installed yesterday. I'm trying to find a way to click more than 5 Stars, because that is what they deserve! Everything came together perfectly and the installation, inside and out, was absolutely flawless. One additional note, in planning for this project, our contractor originally spec'd out a custom door track system to raise the height of the door, Juston intervened and proposed a perfectly viable solution that saved us $4,400. Juston and his Team at Eppler Garage Doors are all about Integrity, Competence and Commitment to the customer, I can not recommend them highly enough! Erik L. | Danville

Google5Absolutely fantastic experience with Eppler Garage Doors! From the moment I called, I was impressed — a real person picked up the phone right away, no long hold times or robots to deal with. They made it super easy to schedule, and I was surprised (in the best way) when they said they could come out the same day! The technicians who came out were total pros. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right. They took their time measuring and even weighed the garage door to make sure they got the exact right springs for our roll-up door. Our garage sees a ton of use, so it was clear they wanted to make sure it could handle the wear and tear. What stood out most was how much they prioritized quality. The best type of spring for our situation wasn’t in stock, and instead of pushing a cheaper or quicker option just to get the job done, they promised they’d be back the next day — and sure enough, they showed up exactly when they said they would and finished everything perfectly. I’d absolutely recommend Eppler Garage Doors to anyone who needs garage door service. They’re honest, super skilled, and really easy to work with. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future for anything garage-door related.

Google5I was having trouble with my garage door and worried it might stop working altogether. Juston came by, took a quick look, and listened to the squeaky sounds. Within minutes, he grabbed his tools and parts from the truck, opened up the garage door opener, replaced the necessary components, and adjusted both the chain and door rail track. The whole job was done in just 30 minutes! I was bracing myself for a high quote, as I've had with other companies, but Juston and his team were honest, trustworthy, professional, and incredibly skilled. If I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat!

Justin has been extremely helpful and has fixed different issues with our garage door on more than one occasion. On top of that, he always has great suggestions and is very honest. They also respond in a very quick and efficient manner. Their service prices are extremely reasonable as well. If you need anything done on your garage door, there isn’t anyone else you should contact. They’re the most knowledgeable and professional company.

Google5I needed my garage door repaired and a friend recommended Eppler Garage Doors. It was a great choice. They came out the same day I called, and showed up right on time. I watched them repair the door and they walked me through the entire process. They were thorough, professional, friendly and even did a minor adjustment and lubrication on my other door before they left. The price was right and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repairs or service.

Google5Juston and his crew are great at their craft. I reached out, coordinated a meeting and discussed what I wanted in a garage door. He laid out a plan, we agreed upon a price and laid out a project schedule. He kept me in the loop the entire time he built my door...yes built! They came in the morning, took out my old garage door and installed the door and completed the entire job by early afternoon. To top it off, I noticed a stain I didn't like on one of the windows and he ordered another one and got it replaced a week later...no questions asked. Juston is really passionate about garage doors...there is nothing better than working with someone who loves his work! Highly recommended!

Yelp5I love my new garage door! The windows allow a ton of natural light into my normally creepy, dark garage. The light attachment is super bright as well and saved me money installing overhead lighting with a separate contractor. It lights up the entire garage very well. The door is quiet and great quality. I love the WiFi app connection option and the keypad for delivery drop offs. It's also useful if I don't have a remote handy. They gave me two remotes and linked up my two old ones, so now I have 4! I'm also happy to have a battery backup in case of power outages and that the door opens and closes safely, unlike my old door. I also have noticed my garage seems better insulated. I've been recommending Eppler to people I know in the area! A+ service.

Yelp5The arm attaching my door to the opener broke off the door and Eppler was here fast and within 30 minutes had everything fixed. They even suggested I replace the rollers but didn't push an upsell which I appreciated. I will definitely use them again with any garage door needs
