Yelp5I would highly recommend Gold Star Garage Door Services to anyone. They are very responsive. I called after hours expecting to leave a voicemail, they answered my call and came out less than 24 hours later to repair a broken spring. They also fixed a few other things that needed repair. He was professional and very Knowledgeable.

Yelp5I needed to replace my garage door and my neighbor recommended Gold Star. Bobby came and explained all my options with very reasonable pricing. I had him install a insulated door. He is very personable and knowledgeable. The door couldn't have come out better. He even installed more than he had on his estimate at no additional charge. Bobby is THE garage door installer I will recommend to everyone. All of us in our neighborhood knows who to call. Gold Star!

Yelp5A few months ago, I had one of those days that was a comedy of errors. The power went out and I was hungry. My stove is electric. I manually opened the garage door to go get something to eat. Get in the car, and my 2-year old car won't start. Try to manually close the door and a roller pops out of the track & I can't close it all the way, and it was a Sunday. Based on reviews, I called this business to try to get out to fix my garage. He was there in about an hour, very friendly and professional, and had the job done in no time, and at an extremely reasonable price, with no Sunday surcharge added on! I highly recommend him for your garage door needs. Incidentally, the car was just the battery, which I figured, and the power while waiting for the door repairman, so a bad day did get better.

Bobby came out for an initial estimate and we decided to have him come back out and replace the whole door and hardware. He made this process so easy and simple. Yelp5My garage door spring snapped and tried to force opening it and the cables, rollers came off, went from bad to worse, it's a Sunday and normally people are resting, sent a message to multiple guys then Bobby replied in less than 2 minutes gave me a quote and zoomed in an hour to fix my garage door, cool guy very professional and licensed and knowledgeable on what his doing. Highly recommended!! Saved my Sunday afternoon dilemma! Priced and quoted accurately.

Yelp5Spring broke on my garage door today. Sent an email out today to any garage door company who could provide service. Bo answered my email very quickly today & was at my house in less than 2 hours. Great service & very helpful. My garage door is fixed and working great again. My husband & I are grateful they answered my email & provided the best service possible. On 2/16/20 we had another problem with the same garage door, it would not roll up anymore , called Robert & he came the next day on Monday fixed it at no charge. I will be calling this company for all my garage door needs. Thank you for helping us with our garage door.

Yelp5I had requested a quote through Yelp , Bobby answered me within 30 minutes. We arranged for him to come out for a estimate the next day a Sunday. Which wasn't an extra charge or fee because it's a weekend. He arrived on time was pleasant and professional explained to my husband exactly what we needed . Was very transparent and honest about pricing . Which is very reasonable. I've saved his number would recommend to anyone over and over again.
