Yelp1Was referred by my uncle, which I regret ever calling and taking a chance on them. Messaged them on their website no response , called left a message no response, called again after a couple days finally talked to someone made a appointment for the following day never showed up wasted my time will be using another company instead

Yelp5Wilfredo is the BEST ! His service is professional and he is friendly. He scheduled the garage door panel replacement in timely manner and was efficient and did an excellent job. We have had him work at our home, our shop, and rentals. He is reasonable with prices but does all the work in a timely manner and we are always happy with the end product whether it's a spring, replace a new panel that got dented or new doors! Highly recommend this business for garage doors and openers.

Yelp2I am furious with the way this man approached my conversation with another garage door repair man. my garage door broke and I of courses called around for ratea. it was a spring darn it. got rates from 150.00 to $410. I checked the reviews and made a few appointments. my husband and I talked and I said forget it I will do it myself. I called and left messages or text everyone I thought I called to cancel. I went to Home Depot and got run around and had to order springs. since I am in my late 60s. came home and said let's just have it done. the first thing in the am. garage guys called me and said. did u need help and I explained. and he said I can be there in 30 mins. so he came. while he was there. willford pulled up and got out of the truck like a male dog that someone was peeing on his tree. he was furious that I had someone else. honestly it was no disrespect. I thought I had cancelled everyone. and everyone was suppose to call be fore they were coming. he actually is lucky that there was another adult standing there because I might be 66 but no one steps on my property with a punk attitude. period. basically his greed was dripping all around him I am still furious when I think of him getting out of truck with growl on his face so someone give him a job he looks like he needs a few pennies.

Yelp1I called last week for reprogramming and 2 garage remotes. I was quoted $190 and set an appointment for today between 8AM-10AM. At about 10:35AM, I called to follow up and see what time the technician would be here. Thinking it was possible s/he could have been running behind on other service calls. The phone rang, was picked up, then hung up. No technician ever came and no one ever called to reschedule. Beyond annoyed as we were waiting to have our service and we are in need of the garage openers because we don't have any.

Yelp5My garage door spring broke in the morning. At 4pm it was fully repaired, adjusted, and tested and was a good as new at a reasonable cost. Wilfredo's garage door service is as good as it gets at reasonable rates. I could have had my garage door repaired by others, however they all wanted 20% to 40% more than Wilfredo for the same job. The last time we had to pay about 35% more for the same job 3 years ago to our other car garage door and had to wait the next day for service. I did not like that. I will be calling him back the next time I have another car garage door problem and highly recommend him as he completes the job in a timely manner and you don't have to pay an arm and leg for the repairs. I hope this helps you. One happy customer.

Yelp51st time using this company and will definitely use them again. Great customer service is hard to find these days. I gave Wilfredo's a call after my garage door spring broke. They were able to come out within 3 hours and have my door fixed. I appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, quality work & decent prices.

Yelp5Excellent service - springs, bushing and wheels replaced. Super fast service. I had called Wilfredo's 8 years ago for a broken spring, when he was out he put a sticker on the garage door!!! So helpful this time around!!! Had excellent service 8 years ago and now!!!! Call Wilfredo's for all your garage door needs!!!

Yelp5My husband and I took on a big landscaping project that required our Gardner to leave his equipment in our garage. Long story short his shovel got stuck and our garage door wire cable snapped. We were referred to Wilfredo's garage door service by a family member. We called Wilfredo the next day and they were able to service our garage door that same day. It was affordable and fast! I am super relieved and thankful for their speedy service!

Yelp5Awesome customer service! My garage door would not open, I scheduled an early morning appointment. Wilfredo came out and replaced the circuit board within 30 minutes. He is very professional and has reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Yelp5Wilfredo came to fix our door which was off track, we were told our springs were about to give up on us and today was the day.... called their office, really courteous lady and had him at my home within an hour. He replaced my springs in no more than 45 minutes, now that's what I call prompt service.... thank you Wilfredo's for you great service
