Yelp5Wonderful service job done by Brian today! Very nice and personable young man who explained everything he was looking at and then went about his routine very professionally. Yelp5My garage door was shaking a bit when closing and A and N took a look at. It was an old aluminum door installed back in 2006. Keith was able to adjust and installed 2 cross bars to add strength and prevent buckling. Should have been part of original install but wasn't. Anyway, Keith took time to make sure all was good. Im a happy camper and cost was minimal and well worth it. They're my choice and highly recommend them

Yelp3Customer service is terrible. I ordered a garage door and opener 8 weeks ago. When ordered I was told it was 5 weeks out. Now She says I was told 10 weeks out. Try repeatedly to reach them by phone. They never pick up. Took me leaving 5 voice mails until I received a return call. After trying to reach them again still no answer. Finally went into the office to check on my order. Was told she was always on the phone and busy that's why she doesn't pick up. She then tossed her note pad at me to show me how busy she was. Then turned her back on me. Extremely poor customer service. I have requested my order be cancelled. I know I won't be doing business with this company again.

Yelp1I had them come out to give me a quote on fixing my garage door and was told they will get the quote done and give me a call. I never received a call so I called them and left a message never heard back called from a different number and when they called that number they were asked about the quote and I was told she will get back to me and they never called back. It has now been almost 2 months and no call back or quote. Very bad business and would not recommend them to anybody.

Yelp5My garage door opener stopped working suddenly so I called A and N because I had previously bought a garage door from them. I had a problem with the installer and contacted A and N. So, you're probably wondering why the 5-star rating then, right? Well, A and N immediately made my problem right. I mean, immediately, no questions asked. I will definitely call them again if the need arises. They have always served me well in the past and I am pleased with their responsiveness to issues.

Yelp1Got 1 star because the appointment was quick and got my garage door serviced .. i also needed a new top panel ( this company installed all the doors in out tract, mine was like 4 years old ) .. at first the company was 4 doors down from me doing a service. I stopped and asked if he could come over and look at my damaged panel. He said i had to call the office to set up an appointment...really? ( pretty sure it was the owner of the company ) .. anyway, same guy came out later on . . . said that model garage door is discontinued and i would need a whole new garage door . . f that . . i finally called Coast.. came out in no time, said they sell that model and no problem getting a new panel . . ordered it just a few days ago . . i see reviews are getting less stars as time goes on . . sad . . will never use this company.

Yelp5Three weeks before I drove to visit my mom from Pasadena I had her contact A & N Garage. I had read the good reviews and thought that we should go with this company. My brother and I bought the house new in 2006 but it did not come with a garage opener. Mom's not getting any younger so I thought this would make things a lot easier for her. She told me they took a little under a hour to do in the installation. I could have easily had Home Depot do the installation but I like spending my money with local independent companies in Bullhead City or Fort Mohave. We got 3 remote openers and one installed on the garage wall leading inside the house. One for mom, my brother and myself. Thanks for the great job A & N.

Yelp5I had problems with my roll up door over the weekend cable came off the drum and door didn't close it was in a bad way! Called A and N garage doors and of course they are closed for the weekend. So I managed to get the door closed. I left a message with Shelley on Saturday and I received a callback on Sunday afternoon and she offered a service first thing Monday morning early! I accepted. Kevin arrived about 7:45 am this guy was the man! Decades of experience and took a look at the door and he gave me a relieved look like the door was fixable half hour later and the sectional door was functioning like new! Great work Kevin and thank you Shelley for the quick response! You are now in my phone contacts! Oh by the way it only cost a service call very competitive price!
