Google5FABULOUS experience with A1! My parents garage door was only partially working due to it being backed into. It stopped working last night. I called mid morning. I was given an appointment for later that same day. Which I was very greatful for. My mom has mobility issues and needs a scooter to get around when she goes out. Her car with lift and scooter was in the garage. Now she will be able to get to her doctors appointment later this week! Daniel was AMAZING! He gave me my options of how they could fix it. Daniel was on time and called when he was on his way. Which was great since we have 2 large dogs. He was so polite and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. He explained everything in detail to me before and after the job was done. Would highly recommend and would definitely have them do work again.

Google5A1 garage tech Michael was excellent, very knowledgeable and experienced at servicing both of the doors. He was through at explaining everything. Michael's customer service was excellent, something I as a consumer look for right up front. Overall I would recommend Michael and A1. Superior job! Top Teir tech 👏 👏🏆

Google5A-1 Garage door service was GREAT! Because of a previous job that took longer then expected the gentleman was late. But he still came an fixed our problem. He was well informed and polite. He fixed our problem and didn't finish until 8 pm. Great job Daniel B.

Google5Daniel was awesome. He explained everything to me on the mechanics of my golf cart garage that had to be replaced. We tested everything together verifying that I felt comfortable with. I highly recommend A1 garage doors most importantly Daniel is a keeper. 10 stars

Google5Daniel did a fantastic job! Very informative and understanding. This practice resulted in my willingness to do the suggested extras I hadn’t even thought about when the spring broke. I didn’t feel he was trying to “sell” he just helped me make informed decisions.

Google5Michael showed up on time, explained everything clearly in his estimate and schedule a day to return to do the work; insulation for two doors, new brackets and springs. He returned on time and again explained the work to be done and got to work. I am very happy with the quality of work, professionalism and he was friendly as well. Overall I am very happy with Michael and A1!

Google5A 23yr old door brought back like BRAND NEW 😍🥳 I am truly satisfied with the work that Robert provided. He was very professional with his work, and took his time in the blazing heat to make sure it was done professionally.💯 He explained the benefit and money too be saved by not doing one thing at a time. I need the spring done as It had snapped and he explained the Domino effect to happen if I just had it done. So I had everything done except the door. And now it works like new and at a VERY Reasonable price THANK YOU VERY MUCH.i appreciate your professionalism.💯😊 Oh did I mention he did it by himself?🫶🏿

Yelp1Garage door opener stopped working, they showed up on time, how ever the young man did do anything, except trying to sell me an opener that cost $1100. I promptly asked him to leave. I contacted another local company and got the same opener over 60% cheaper. Stay away from these guys.

Yelp1These guys suck, they put a bandaid fix on my garage door in bullhead and it lasted a month. Then they wouldn't fix it, just wanted to sell me a new door. And their quote was more than double of another installer in town. Avoid them at all costs. They will rip you off.

Yelp1I made an appointment with A1 on Tuesday for Thursday afternoon to have a door repaired on a rental in BHC. On Thursday morning I get a call saying that they can't make it. I made a 250 mile trip for nothing. What a waste of time. So I guess that that is SOP for this outfit. Another woke deadbeat co.

Yelp2Very Expensive. Professional installer. Very friendly and competent but very high pressure sales and costs are astronomical. Never let up on trying to sell you more. I'd give the tech 5 stars but after I started researching what my service should have cost I now feel ripped off. I'm sure what was installed is good but I paid 3-4 times what I should have even on the high end of the scale. Cannot recommend.
