Yelp5So, here we are on a Sunday, late in the afternoon. While our garage door opened, when we tried to close it, the door came down about two feet, then surprisingly, immediately went up @#^&$@ (shucks)!! Tried it again, and again, with no difference in the result. Waited a few minutes and tried again, this time the door went half way down, and as before never made it to the closed position, and again went right back up. So, wadda 'ya do on a Sunday afternoon?? Stumbled upon the name "Graszner Garage Door", and called for help. Melissa answered asking what was happening and we explained our source of irritation. Melissa gave the phone to Frank, who walked us through a few steps trying to trouble shoot the problem. No dice, no luck there. So Frank dispatched to our home. No sooner than I hung up tried the garage door once again . . . . . son-of-a-gun, the door was now working! Frank arrived shortly afterward and made several preliminary inspections. The door was still working !?!?! Frank was polite, kind, honest and professional. When I asked what the charges were, Frank said there would be no charge, NO CHARGE - in this day and age, unbelievable. We sincerely appreciate Frank's time and effort and without hesitation would highly recommend to all in need of his service. Just don't find 'em like that anymore. Frank, we are most grateful.
