Google5Brian and Keith at Great Lakes Doors were great to work with. My previous garage door place had gone out of business and so I decided to give these guys a try. They adjusted my out-of-alignment garage door and replaced the door seal. When the seal didn't quite fit flush to the garage floor a few inches on either side, they promised to make it up to my perfectionist standards. After trying another idea without success, Keith stayed in contact with me and came back and made it 100% right. Perfection! As an added bonus, both Brian and Keith are very down to earth - the kind of guys you'd want to hang out with after the job is done. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your commercial or residential installation and repair needs.

Google5Teaching my son to drive and he mistakenly accelerated in drive thinking it was in reverse, ramming into my garage door completely ripping it off the wall. We called Great Lakes Garage Door and had someone out to quote us for repairs same day. They were nothing but helpful with getting us set for exactly what we needed in this disaster. Along with giving me many options to different designs. They put us on a emergency schedule and had someone come out the next morning. The installers were kind and very knowledgeable. The whole process left us feeling so relieved we went with someone local and who we could trust. We couldn’t be happier!

Google5Both of our garage door springs broke just before New Years. We called Great Lakes Garage Doors because we wanted to deal with a local company. The wife and I decided we wanted to replace the door and trim. Rob came right out to quote the job. The price was in the ballpark we expected so we contracted the job. The guys at Great Lakes helped us in two ways. They went ahead and ordered the door before we gave them the deposit and they juggled their schedules around to get us repaired quickly. We really appreciated their efforts and are pleased with the results.
