Google5So I have been looking for a garage door for over a year and just could not make my mind up. I called and talked to Sandy at LaRoy door and she is AMAZING! She had great follow up to all of my questions and her customer service was TOP NOTCH! She even had me come look at the showroom so I could make sure I got what I wanted. Keep up the great work! Google5I started to write this long story about what a great job LaRoy Door did installing a new garage door opener for us. My story is simple I needed an opener in a somewhat unique 100 year old building. LaRoy door was friendly professional and did a great job. The installer was on time and within two hours had the job completed flawlessly and went above and beyond. Incredible how nice it is to come by a truly professional company. Super happy with every part of the service !!

Angi5The Tech arrived on time, with the parts on his truck. There was no need to order anything for our older opener. He completed a full inspection of the entire system and tested all of the components. He took his time and did not rush. He was personable and professional. I was astounded that the cost was under $130. For all that he did, and the time he took, I expected much more. Services Rendered: Replaced motor - highly satisfied!

Instead of telling me they couldnt find or didn't sell this sensor anymore and trying to sell me a new garage door opener system, one of the owners took the time to dig through their warehouse supply and come up with a package of sensors he thought would work. Sure enough, I took them home, hooked them up, and the door works perfectly now. I will definitely use Laroy when the openers finally give out for good and a new opener is needed. Services Rendered: I bought a house in 2012 that has 2 older garage door openers (house was built in 1987, and they may still be the origional openers). On one of the doors, the senors went bad. I went to Lowes first to try and find replacement sensors. They sold me a package of sensors, but they did not work with my system. I then went to Laroy to see if they could help me out.

Angi5The Installers showed up when scheduled. Stayed until the job was done. The new door looks great. I have three more doors that need to be replaced. LaRoys will be the company I use. I contacted the company through their website. The person in the office contacted me and an appt. was set up at my convience. The owner of the company came to my business, explained to me what and how they would do the work. He was professional but had a sense of humor. Which made it easy to talk to him and ask questions. An estimate was sent to me within the time line stated. It took an extra few weeks to place my order but the price quoted was still good. I added a bay of windows after the fact and it was not a problem to add this at the last minute. The whole company was GREAT!!!! Services Rendered: Installed an extra large garage door. Removed the old door. It was the old style with large springs. These springs can be very dangerous to those removing them. They had the correct tools and the right attitude to tackle the removal.
