Google5First, I called for service the day before at just about closing time. The receptionist who answered was pleasant and helpful. The service was actually performed by Preston. Preston was professional on his call as he let me know his arrival time. He arrived promptly during the appointment window. He was thorough, friendly and very helpful. He explained what I could do to help my door springs last a little longer and the additional measure I could use on the actual garage door. I was impressed with his customer service and his knowledgeable about his business. Preston is a real professional. I highly recommend him!

Google5Preston was amazing! He friendly, polite and very quickly diagnosed the issue with the garage door. He fixed the problem, did some general maintenance and offered recommendations as to how to maintain the performance of the garage doors. I would highly recommend asking for Preston to anyone who has a garage door issue!

Google5We had our garage door serviced by "Joe" this morning and it was obvious right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. After servicing our overhead door, he explained what he had done and let us verify the issue we had called about had been taken care of. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly, and it was an awesome experience for us. Keep up the great customer service.

Google5This is a very efficient and professional company. My initial first call was pleasant and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, which was immediately confirmed by Email. I was given a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival and our skilled technician, Preston, was able to install our new garage door opener in about one hour. The technology that is available now is just wonderful and we're happy with our new system, with life-long guaranteed. We were very pleased. I would highly recommend.

Both Umberto Mendoza and John were very polite and respectful of homeowner questions and observation of the install, while also being VERY professionally focused on the work which they performed with tremendous precision. Both these gentleman worked at an amazing pace while also doing great careful work. The door and new opener work flawlessly upon completion, with very thorough after-install instructional and discussion by foreman John. Very, very pleased with result!

Google5Recently we had a garage door installed by your technician (John Matthews). From the minute they arrived he introduced himself and his fellow employee who was in training and explained how the installation would proceed. He then asked if I had any questions. I stopped bye though out the day to see how the installation was progressing. Each time I observed John taking his time and explaining each step to the employee in training. The job was a little more difficult than they had anticipated and resulted in them working until 6:00 pm to finish (they arrived at 10:00 am). Never did I observe him trying to rush so they could finish the job. End result was a perfect installation and a work ethic not regularly witnessed with today’s workforce. The installation exceeded my expectations.
