I worked with Mr. James Kirtley directly in an attempt to get a problem solved for a potential client and he was one of the most wonderful men I've ever met in my life. AMAZING customer service and a fantastic attitude. This man REALLY knew what he was talking about and had it very well together. The client with with other companies for their needs as they were looking for lower quality but the service from Kirtley Overhead Door Company was the best I've ever received.
