I first engaged this Company with a need to get new garage-door springs installed. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled and did a great job. He also spent time trying to sort out my old garage-door motor. He notified me that it was in poor shape and took the time to explain the problem. I was so impressed with this service, I hired the Company to provide, and install a new garage-door motor and a belt-driven lift system. Total costs for the two separate visits came in a little over $1000 which felt like a good deal for the work and quality of service. All appointments were confirmed by phone and the technicians arrived within the promised window. Above all, everyone was very polite and was masked throughout the installation. I recommend this Company and I will be ordering a new garage door from them in the future. Services Rendered: Garage door springs needed to be replaced and new garage door motor was installed.

The technician adjusted a creaky, clanky old sectional door so that it opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before. Moved the attachment point on the door of the opener so that door is much easier to open manually (in case of power failure). Total time just under one hour. Our garage door is older and has some issues. It needed work. We live in King City, and first of all, they were willing to come and help us. Technician showed up on time, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He suggested a repair which was inexpensive and got the door working well again. No big "replace the door" sales pitches, even though it is older and probably should be replaced. Definitely would have them come out again. Services Rendered: Repair garage door

Ended up going with the Costco company which beat their quote by about $200.00 if you want the fastest service, the difference in price may not matter, but I was surprised I never received a call back on their quote.

They scheduled an appointment for the following day. The technician arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. He was knowledgeable and professional. I watched the process from beginning to end. I had had springs replaced on my garage doors in Houston a few years ago. The price was similar. I didn't ask for an estimate before hand. Services Rendered: Replaced two broken springs and fine tuned the operation. I expected only the springs to be replaced.
