Google2Ordered Doors were to delivered 90-120 days after ordering . “ NOT DELIVERED “ Then promised another date. Delayed again. Delayed again. .Ordered in May delivered in Dec They failed to tell me they had storm damage, at that time I could have ordered from someone else. So not being truthful. So another promised delivery date came and went. Had to carpenter build a temporary door.Added expense. Of course to late to ordered from another company, had to wait. Asked all along please send pictures so I could view, never received. Asked again, no response. What my special doors to be special, I have some from another company on present home. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. So finally arrived. Hinges are all different colors, the lead color is not want I wanted. He told me that is what I ordered, probably, however I’m in different state and relied on him to do what is right and make it the way I wanted. Picking colors for lead in glass is difficult, wanted to match my very expensive door handles. Something I was so excited about and very expensive turned into NIGHTMARE. Google58/28/21 - Our experience with Doors by Decora was extremely positive from start to finish! Our new 42"x80" solid sapele mahogany entry door with six raised panels and a leaded diamond pane window is stunning! The craftsmanship and quality is so remarkable and I’m so in love with our door! In comparison to other custom door makers, DbyD’s lead time was 4-6 weeks less, their response was always more prompt, their price was reasonable, and their customer service was fantastic! J.K. Jones was great, Emily Jones was wonderful (and a lot of fun!), and Susan Poole was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you decide to order a door from DbyD, make sure you have a good, thorough discussion about choice of stain color which is very important. How highly would I recommend Doors by Decora? Don’t even bother with all the others when you can get amazing customer service and a very gorgeous product that you will be thrilled with for years and years!

Google5Would have given higher than 5 stars if available. Great team to work with from the beginning to the end. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner by great staff. We love our door! Paid a lot less than purchasing from big box and received a much better detailed and quality product.

Google5We received our refinished front door today. It took about 3 1/2 weeks from removal to reinstallation, and it was worth the wait. The door was refinished much better than anticipated--the door faces the afternoon sun and hadn't been maintained since installation five years ago. I'm also very impressed with the two people who removed the door, came by a few times to refinish the outside trim, and reinstall the door. They were so professional and very informative. I really recommend this company. The quality of the service we got was extraordinary.

Google1An absolute joke. We ordered our door in March and heard nothing for several months. When I inquired about the status in July I was told August (a single slab door). Now mid-September there's been no updates, sluggish responses to inquires and a general lack of professionalism. Incredible these guys have so many positive ratings on Google. Lessoned learned; Google reviews can be as misleading as Amazon reviews.
