Google5The young man was awesome! Very polite & understanding to the situation. He came out assessed the garage door & discovered the sensors needed to be cleaned off. He showed me other things I can do to keep the garage door in good working order.

Google5I needed to leave my home to complete errands and discovered that the garage door would not open. After multiple attempts I called Dixie Overhead Door and explained the issue. I received an immediate appointment. Mr. Thomas Thompson and his colleague arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and installed the needed equipment. He and his colleague explained the process prior to any work being completed. I was impressed at how quickly they arrived and their attention to detail. Google1I placed a service call to have my garage door repaired. When they arrived they immediately said I needed a new door without even looking at the problem because of the age of the door. They never attempted to fix anything - they just went into sales mode. I called a different company to get a second opinion and they came out and knew exactly what needed to be done and repaired the door easily. What a waste of a “service” fee.
