I called J & J to get a broken spring replaced on my overhead door & they showed up the very next day and had it done in 30 min. or so. They were very professional & friendly and most importantly the charge to replace the spring is what I considered to be reasonable. I will definitely add them to my list of contacts for future work.

A truck backed into the garage door of my business at about 7:30 AM on SuperBowl Sunday. The door was creased, pulled out of the tracks, and hanging precariously. The driver called J&J Garage Doors. They jumped out of bed and were at my business by 8:30 AM. The door needed replaced but no replacement could be obtained quickly. So, they took the door apart, manually straightened every panel, installed several steel braces to hold the door together until a replacement could be obtained, straightened the track, and rehung the door. I was amazed. They were done by 10:30 AM ! The door was really heavy with all of the steel braces but we were able to open, close and lock it several times each day for the next week. The next Saturday J&J delivered a new door and had it working perfectly on a new track in a couple of hours. I am really happy with their professionalism and the speed and quality of their work. Call J&J if you have a garage door emergency - even if you are calling before sun-up on SuperBowl Sunday. :-)
