Yelp5A broken garage door spring on a Sunday evening is no fun. I called Atlantic Garage Door Repair Monday morning for a repair quote. The expert from Atlantic called me back within an hour and set up an appointment for later that morning. His quote was reasonable, and he showed up on time. Our repair - replacing two springs and lubricating the door assembly was done within 45 minutes. Jim, who did our work and who is also the owner of the company explained what he did, and the bill was for exactly what he quoted. Having a professional working for you on a project for which you have absolutely zero knowledge with an excellent outcome is a dream on a Monday morning. This was an outstanding outcome for us.

Yelp5I called this company because it was highly recommended by a friend. When I called and explained my problem they told me what was needed to repair it and explained in detail how to do the repair. I had silicone spray in my garage, followed the instructions and my garage door works great. No cost :-)

Yelp5First rate response and service - had called another company that advertised quick response - waited several hours and never heard from them - called Jim and heard back from him in short order - told me when he would be there and sure enough right on time - Jim provided estimate when he called me back and that was final price - friendly professional service - explained the work being done to repair broken spring - provided additional tune-up to door parts - worked first time better then ever - highly recommend...... Did finally hear back from other company after four hours - told them to forget it - I've got someone who responded immediately and was on their way ..... Will not hesitate to call Jim in the future......

Yelp5This guy is awesome.. We had him work on our garage when he was in Illinois, he came as soon as we called him and fixed our garage quick and explained everything to us and was reasonable with the price too!! Too bad he left Illinois.. Rare find
