Called John after my garage door became stuck while raised. He walked me through troubleshooting the problem over the phone and even helped me fix it. I gotta admit no other plumber, electrician, or AC repair guy has ever taken the time to help me fix my problem. He even told me that that I just saved myself $250 bucks. I highly recommend John and Akins Garage Door. Will definitely give them a call next time I have any problems.

I am super impressed right now! I reached out to them a little before 8pm. By 8:30 they were at my house, and by 9 everything was fixed. Mr. Akins was very friendly, and our new spring system is better than what we had before it broke. Thanks for saving me from being stuck !
