Customer service is a lost art, but D&D has held on to it! After our garage springs broke over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning. They had a crew at our house and the springs replaced within 1.5 hours of my call! If you need garage doors/service, they’d be my first call!

I highly recommend D & D Overhead Door. The service was great from beginning to end. The spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced. Jennifer took my call and was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She clearly explained how they quote and provided an accurate and reasonable estimate so I scheduled service. Tried to call a major "Overhead" garage door repair service to replace a failed opener. After being transferred around three times, I had to leave a voice message and couldn't even get a timely return call. Decided to call D&D and couldn't be more pleased that I did. They were very helpful, frienldy, answered all of my questions and offered to come replace our unit right away. Pricing was competitive. Did the install on our schedule a few days later. Such a great testament for supporting local vendors. Thank you D&D.

D&D converted one of my garage doors from a standard lift to high lift. Their pricing and service was excellent. Everyone I spoke with at the office was very friendly. The installers were punctual and very professional. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend D&D!

I'm glad I called D & D! They are local here in Franklin (that's important to me) and well respected for their professional work. Two of their trained and experienced techs removed my old opener, which had started to self-destruct, and installed a new LiftMaster opener for me in a little over an hour. They were polite and helpful in being sure all suited me.

D&D are real pros! They were very friendly when I called to schedule the appointment and Thomas, the installer who fixed our garage door, knew what he was doing and did a great job. He explained what was broken and what needed to be fixed and why. No hard sells to upcharge stuff. Thomas was awesome and I recommend D&D to anyone looking for a garage door install or repair. BTW, I got the number for D&D from my neighbor who had work done and he loved them too!

Called D&D and Thomas came out within about an hour. I was expecting a full system rebuild after our 2 car door fell sideways and it looked awful. He had the entire system back up and functional, fully adjusted and lubricated within about 45 minutes. Also was very educating on what happened, what it took to fix, and how to prevent in the future. I’d highly recommend this company based upon professionalism, time of service, value of repair and the knowledge that I now have of garage doors. Sincere thank you for fixing our door!

Technician was professional, competent, fast and friendly. Price range quoted over the phone was $200-$250. Actual charge was $285. Time listed was 2 hours, but it took him less than that. There were no complications to justify the higher price. Services Rendered: Replaced one broken garage door spring with two new springs.

The technician thought he could fix the unit by replacing the bushing in the unit, but that did not work. He actually did not charge me a penny for the work he had done because the opener was not fixed. I am going to have this company come back out to replace the garage door opener in the future. Services Rendered: They informed me that the garage door opener was destroyed and I needed to purchase a new one.

It didn't take them long at all, so they came in and did it at the price that they quoted and in the time that they quoted. It was a quick job, so there really wasn't a lot of negative. Great - showed up on time and was able to fix the problem even though he didn't actually witness the door malfunctioning. I thought the price was reasonable. Services Rendered: We had a malfunctioning garage door that sporadically decided not to close. Of course, we could not get the door to malfunction while the repairman was here. Therefore, he performed a routine service on the garage door opener and it has worked fine ever since. I believe he also serviced the other two garage door openers while he was here - just to be on the safe side.
