The consultant explained my options with no upsell pressure whatsoever, and the installer did a great job - he even took the initiative to replace my old sensor wiring rather than just re-using what was there like he could have. Google5I got my new garage door installed today. The door is very nice. I can't say enough how professional and nice the two installers were. It was Jared and Lyle. But both did an amazing job and even talked me through some maintenance tips. The entire job was done in three hours.

Google5Precision installed my garage door motor years ago and it was a great experience. I recently had to have a repair and the process of making an appointment was quick and easy. I knew exactly who was coming to my house and when (they are always on time). Jack Hodges was my technician today and he was kind and knowledgable. He fully explained everything and worked quickly. They 100% honored their warranty, which is why I recommend them to anyone that needs garage work done.

Google5I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. Sam came to diagnose the problem I was having with my opener. Turned out I needed a new garage door opener. Sam explained exactly why the opener could not be repaired. I was given quotes for a couple of different models but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. Once I decided to purchase Sam came the next day and install the new opener. Excellent service, no pressure, honest. My kind of company.

Google4The company kinda forgot to come do the job when the materials arrived, but I wasn't in a big hurry. When I called to ask what was taking so long, they responded quickly. Jay the installer was personable and efficient. I enjoyed having him out, and appreciate the excellent workmanship and materials.

Google5I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision garage doors. In particular, Jay, the installer was knowledgeable and professional. He left my garage in spotless condition. Although their services were not cheap; their advice saved me quite a bit of money when compared to what I was told by one of their competitors.

Google5This company is the best!! My garage door broke at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon with my car in it, and I had to get to work later that evening. The gentleman at the call center was so helpful and he found a serviceman who was actually on his way home but was willing to come to my house and assess what could be done. Garrett Wright was there within an hour and was able to repair it, replacing the entire spring assembly in less than 90 minutes!! I have also posted this on my subdivision's Facebook page so everyone knows how incredible this company is. Thank you all for great service!!
