Google4The tech was very professional and nice. He provided an estimate to get my belt drive on my garage door belt adjuster after the power had gone out. I figure it would take 5 minutes for a trained professional to adjust yet he charged me $229 for a "Basic" motor repair servicing. I was in shock but needed the door repaired. I will consider other competitors when replacing my other garage door opener in the near future. I feel scammed.

Google5Kole came out on the morning I called for an estimate/consultation and though I am sure he understood I would go for a complete replacement he inspected my 10 year old door and the opener and gave me a fair amount I could pay for repair. Should I have trouble with it in the future? I will certainly call OGD and ask for him to come back out. He was careful, informed, and professional and he left with the door looking almost like new despite damage from tornado winds and collisions over the years. Super service, prompt and personable. Yay. OGD has a new fan.

Google5Could not believe it. Called on Saturday at noon. Door spring broke. Showed up at 3:30. Door fixed at 5:00. GREAT! Tech was great.
