Google1I made a huge mistake by calling capital city garage door on Tuesday 4/26/22 Guy named joe answer and told me he be there to look at my garage which would not open so he came around 8:20 pm and told me it will cost $325 to repair and materials I said ok then he ask me advance of $150 so I gave him a check and told me it will take 30 minutes after I get the parts .Then my nightmare starts he keep saying 5 pm and never showed up and apologized then next day again 6 pm not showed up then apologizing and Saturday morning and it becomes after noon I text him he said something story his tech guy quit I should find different company to look at my garage doors problem all this time he just fool me around so if anyone need Garage problems STAY AWAY I text him to mail my check to my address I am so disappointed .he wasted my 4 days I will add his text so people see

Google1We called on June 27 in need of a repair. The repair man showed up, said he would order the part and fix it early the following week. Two weeks later we called him and he said the order was not placed and he would take care of it. We had to again call to schedule a time and he said he would be here at 7am today, July 20. My husband called at 8:30 and he said something came up and they couldn’t make it (shouldn’t he have called us?!) but would try to be here this evening. We finally said don’t bother and have called another company. What was to take a week has been nearly a month with no communication from them. I can’t recommend based on the lack of communication and follow through.

Google5Capital City Garage Door was excellent! Jesse showed excellent customer service, carefully explaining all of my options. She sent out a technician the same day that I called. The install was scheduled for a few days later. The technicians were friendly and thorough. Great company! I highly recommend!

Google5I've called on Capitol City Garage Door 2 times for my garage door needs and I have been very happy with their service, craftmanship, punctuality and friendly service. We plan on calling on them again to put a electric door opener on our secondary garage in our back yard. I'm a happy customer.

Google5I had an emergency situation with my garage door. It was practically falling off the tracks. I called Capital City Garage and they were able to inspect and install my new garage door within 24 hrs. The team was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Google5Capital City was very accommodating in providing their best price up front and delivering a product in a very timely fashion. Having checked prices on line of the major parts involved and quotes from 2-other companies, I was able to immediately determine that their price was fair. The very next day Will installed all the parts with recommendations for my particular use. He was very friendly and professional and in/out in a couple of hours. Thanks for the new door opener, rollers and springs. The door operation is so much quieter and easy to use with WiFi connect. Strongly recommend this company.

Google4Joe and Will, install technicians, were both wonderfully professional and informative, keeping us briefed on the process. Fantastic price, great product and helpful service. Only opportunity I saw for improvement on our job was clean-up. There were some nails, screws and bolts throughout the garage I swept up to keep from being stepped on or going in tires.
