I am going through a current installation issue. Jacksonville was in touch with me almost daily to make the sale and once the sale is done it is very hard to get hold of anyone with multiple phone calls and emails. Current Issue: It was a poor installation and parts missing, technician who came to review said rework needs to be done and they will schedule the call but no response. I am constantly told parts are back ordered or someone from office will call. Service department never answers call. Very frustrating.

Great Product. We have a 20'x12' screened porch at our cottage on our lake facing the North. The northern winds and rain makes a wet mess on the porch. I installed Eze Breeze windows and they basically turned the porch into another living space room. No matter if raining or windy. Even if is cool in the space we use a couple of electric heaters and its get very comfortable. For the first time this year when it was hot and humid, we closed all the windows and opened the doors to the cottage and let the air conditioning cool the space. It worked Great.
