They called my number despite being on the national Do-Not-Call list. Not only that, the caller immediately started demanding personal information. I tried calling them back but they used a spoofed number to do telemarketing calls. There is also no way to be removed from their list on the website. From the other reviews here this is clearly a pervasive problem.

Roof and gutters installed to the tune of $13000 for roof that was paid in full and $3200 for the gutters a 30% down payment(approx $1000 was required on 2//13/2020 with the remaining 70% due on completion that dragged on to Now within one winter season over approximately a year and a half’s time an about 40 foot length of gutter (of 132 ft total installed ) fell as well as caused damage to house siding across that length.After numerous calls and excuses and almost a year to the day Mr Ken D***’s shows up says he not responsible for it falling(an act of god) and no longer does gutters. He does replace the metal siding that was torn down when the gutters fell down. I kept everything that fell and videoed the fascia board that showed where the rafters came up against it which showed that not one screw was securing the gutters to a rafter over a 40 foot span. Numerous calls got me no where , he takes no responsibility for the shoddy installation. I now await his superiors to call me and or my brother in law who is working with me on my behalf regarding this issue.I will wait what I fell is a reasonable time for their follow up call before filing a BBB complaint although I be lost faith so it will not be a year’s wait.

We are on the national 'Do Not Call' list. This company called trying to sell us roofing, windows, siding products etc. When I mentioned we are on the 'Do Not Call List' he quickly claimed it was not a 'sales Call' it was just an informational call to schedule a 'Sales Call'.

Hired NH exteriors on a neighbors recommendation, and so happy we did. They installed a new Stand Seam metal roof on our 50 year old house and completely changed the look of the house. We are so happy and get many compliments on how it looks, but what we love most is no more snow on our roof. This company handled themselves professionally and cleanly. The job went exactly according to plan, and as someone who has hired contractors around here before, that puts them above the rest. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for this kind of work and will use them myself again.

Had this company install an ashpalt roof on my home in Leominster, MA. Very professional, unlike the other contractors I reached out to. They had all their insurance info, full warranty they did for me and completed my job in one day. Big time recommend, won't use another contractor moving forward.

Installed siding for us in 2020, loved it and how they did it! Completely worry free for me and my husband. Loved the experience so much used them again last year for windows. Very convenient, as they handled everything without us having to do anything. Recommended to friends, family and now you!

The crew that did the job could not talk English so I could not speak with them. The first day there was a person form NH Exteriors sitting them but spent most of his time on his cell phone and smoking cigarettes. He did not show up for the second and third day. After the job was completed, I went out the next day to really look at the work they did and found a lot of screws were missing in the roof panels and the gutter they installed on the back of the house was way out of level. After three attempts to install the right screws that were missing, I was told to get up on the roof now would scratch the panels so they could only do the ones on the edge of the roof. this took from March when they did the job till 7 months later. The gutter was determined as not being installed right and two of their techs came back to fix the problem, but it is still not right as when it rains the left side fills with water and then comes over the top of the gutter instead of running to the end of the gutter to go down the spout. I guess they do not know how to use a string or chalk line to make a straight line, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
