Jake showed up exactly as promised at 9AM. He worked diligently during a cold day on a rather old garage with the host of problems associated with low rafters and two door openings. By the time he was done at 3:30, he demonstrated that everything worked as it should. He did a wonderful job, cleaned up all of the old doors and gear, and I am pleased with the installation.

1/20/24 Update to the review posted yesterday: I would like to thank the owner who corrected the misunderstanding and made sure that the order was completed when he said it would be, you can't ask for more than that. Peter Harper and his assistant did a fine job of installing the door. We are very happy with the outcome of our garage door purchase from Overhead Door Options.

I needed a snapped spring replaced on my garage door. They came out to access the problem and replaced the part in a quick timeframe. Derek was my technician, and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend these guys!

I have worked with Nick and his team over the last few years buying several doors along the way. Nick and his team have always been SUPER service oriented and a pleasure to work with. Nick is a trusted partner and always holds true to his word. During COVID product was delayed and Nick pressed his suppliers in the best interest of his customers. Most recently one of my doors delaminated and Nick stood behind his product ensuring that the manufacturer replaced the door. After several discussions Nick called me with the good news that we were all set and promptly installed upon receipt of the door at no cost. I can't thank Nick and his team for their tremendous quality and service over the past few years. Well done Nick ....THANK YOU!!!

I am very satisfied with the work done by Overhead Door Options. Nick worked with me to figure out the best option for our project. The quoted price was competitive. Installation was not easy due the nature of the structure and existing door operator. Install crew Jason and Paul are true pros and got the complete job done. They left the job site clean and were a pleasure to work with. I will go back to Overhead Door Options for my future projects.

Great company. We had a very positive experience replacing two 9x7 garage doors. Nick worked with us to get the right doors at the right price. The technician installing the doors was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Great customer service.

Excellent! We called them when our garage door broke at the end of August. They answered promptly and a repairman came the next morning. He did an excellent and thorough job at a reasonable price. We strongly recommend this firm.

The spring to one of our garage doors pulled out from the wall and, in the process, killed the garage door opener. Overhead door came out and quickly repaired the door/spring and evaluated the opener. A few days later, the guys came back and swapped out the opener for a new one. Everyone we worked with was professional, prompt and pleasant. I'd recommend them!

Home town talent and service, I love the new doors on my party barn. Peter and Jake came by today for adjustments on my custom doors, they explained everything to me. My doors had a manufacturer defect and Overhead Door Options of Meredith took care of everything. I'm so happy I chose to do business with them, I will use them for all of my projects.

My 30+ year-old garage door broke in the middle of a bad snowstorm this winter--with my car inside--and these guys sent a technician to fix it within a few hours. I was so impressed I decided to explore a new door, which I always thought was going to be too expensive. Not only was the service fast, friendly, and competent, but the price was affordable. They also made a few suggestions, without any high-pressure up-selling, that I wouldn't have thought of but which were also affordable. The appearance of my house has been dramatically improved, and I couldn't be any happier with this company!
