Yelp1Horrible installation. ever since the son took over installing the doors he does a hack job, my doors get stuck, large gap when they are closed so snow gets in the garage during winter and crickets get in during summer. called them to come fix it and they won't even respond.

Yelp5My garage door got stuck halfway up/down. I didn't know if it was off track or not. Stephen's Garage Door Co New Gloucester ME was able to repair the same day I called , and performed needed maintenance to keep the door working well. They clearly have lots of Experience and Knowledge with Liftmaster and Craftsman Brand openers Highly Recommend

Yelp5I had a great experience with Stephen's. He came on time and fully prepared; replaced our motor unit and provided all new remote sensors, he was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and to the point. He answered all questions I had and went through a complete point by point inspection of the work performed. As well as provided a written summary of regular maintenance to perform to ensure the working quality of the parts. I very highly recommend Stephen's for anyone with garage door issues.
