They were very helpful and replaced the bottom two panels of my garage door after my wife backed into it with her car. A few weeks later, the door coming down was jerking a bit and they came out free of charge and just add some lubricant which resolved the issue.

In less than an hour later, a technician showed up at the house and got the door working well enough until we got a replacement door. We can't say enough about the phone support and the onsite work. They came out when they said they would, identified the issue. My garage door opener was very old. Made an appointment a few days later to have it installed. The person that showed up and installed the opener, was patient and took time to explain everything to me and showed me how to work it. I'm very pleased with the product the price and their service.

Extremely pleased with the service given to me by Crawford Door of Stratford, whom I called on an early Saturday morning. Beginning with talking to the owner herself, Gloria, who took all of my information. I needed two new extension springs and she gave me an exact price for the two springs and the cost of labor, which I totally agreed too. The quotes that I got from other garage door companies were astronomical, compared to the price that Gloria gave me. She said, we can book you for first thing Monday morning at 8:30 a.m., and the truck pulled up into the driveway at 8:15 a.m. The garage door mechanic named Lenny, was very cordial, respectful and did an excellent job of installing the new springs , and was finished within an hour. I give Crawford Door and Lenny, the mechanic, an AAA+++. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM WITH NO RESERVATIONS !!!

I had been putting off replacing my garage doors because i thought it was going to be expensive. A friend of mine suggested Crawford Doors. They came out and showed me a brochure of beautiful doors and i was thinking okay these are out of my price range. To my excitement they were very reasonable and the best part was they had the ones i really wanted. When the day came to install the doors, i received a call saying they were on their way.
