Google5Willy and his crew do excellent work. Perez Diaz is the only contractor I call for all of my roofing needs; including a new roof and a rubber membrane roll out for a flat roof. All work is done on time and on budget. Willy is on every project. His crew works fast and they leave the site cleaner then when they found it.

Google5William and his team were amazing from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and treated my home like it was their own. They handled a big exterior project for me, including chimney repairs and new gutters, and the results look great. It’s such a relief working with a contractor who actually does exactly what they promise. I’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future exterior work!

Google5We are most pleased with Perez Diaz contracting for the wonderful job they did replacing our roof. Williams thoroughly explained what they would do, then he and his professionals completed our roof on time and at the original estimate. Our roof is more complicated than others because of its different levels and twelve sky lights that had to be replaced, and we are very happy with the results. The crew cleaned everything up like they had never been there. Williams is knowledgeable, honest, and professional and we highly recommend Perez Diaz for your roofing and construction needs.

More importantly everything he said, he and his crew accomplished. From showing up on time installing the new roof with quality craftsmanship to cleaning up. The new roof looks tremendous. I would highly recommend him!
