Google5Mike and his son did a fantastic job. My 31 year old Craftsman needed replacement. The new Sommer System is state of the art. It's quiet with all the hi tech features. The only craftsman needed was Mike. He worked diligently and quietly. He replaced all worn out parts and placed the new motor and track system. The price was great. He keeps in communication and is on time. I am very pleased with he and JAG. Thanks very much. I highly recommend!!

Google5Working with J.A.G. & Sons was fantastic from the start. They were extremely responsive to all my questions I had prior to selecting them to complete the job. The job was to replace my garage door as well as install a new door opener. Once the date was set, there was nothing else I needed to do. Greg was fantastic to work with, in fact every one I dealt with from J.A.G. & Sons were very personable and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them for any garage door work you may need!

Google5We had a very good experience with J.A.G. for our garage door motor replacement. All of our questions and concerns were addressed prior to setting up an appointment. The staff was very helpful in terms of scheduling and was prompt and courteous the day of installation. Google5Amazing company. Mikey John came and replaced a complicated old (old old) door opener the next day after I called to request an appointment. Consult, two extremely reasonable quote options, and 3 hours of work done professionally with expert service same day. He even re programmed an old remote and re programmed my car button! So thrilled. Should have done this years sooner. Will be using them for all of our garage door needs forever.

Google5One of the best companies we've ever had do work for us. We wanted to covert our 100+ years-old garage from a two door garage to a one door garage. They came out right away, gave us an estimate and recommended a structural engineer to put in a new cross beam. The hardest part for us was selecting a new door, but the new garage door looks fantastic -- A+ work! Very nice people besides.

Google5J.A.G.& Sons Overhead Door did an excellent job replacing 2 garage doors for me which required custom fitting to make an airtight seal. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

BBB1In March of 22', I reached out to JAG for a quote on upgrading our 2 openers to something newer & more quiet. They came in significantly higher than another local company & OFFERED to match the quote - this wasn't a request on my end. They had good reviews so we figured we'd give them the business. The install seemed to go fine & all was well until 6 wks later when our door started making a banging/slamming sound when closing. I had to send a few emails to get a response on when someone could take a look. To make a long story short, we got charged $80 for things to be looked at with no real resolution. The door *never* made a banging noise prior to the opener install & although we couldn't quite replicate the noise, we wanted to ensure there were no mechanical or safety issues. Charging a customer $80 to check on work that was JUST done seems a bit much, esp. as the tech was local & wrapping up his day. And the tech left our door non-functional & had to return to fix it. Some times, customer satisfaction should be more important than the $80 to evaluate their own work, especially considering the $1500 job that was done 6 weeks earlier. Especially considering the potential for future work and recommendations. Despite that, I called them back when a cable snapped less than a year later (odd how things were fine until they worked on our doors). They said someone would be there at 8am. By 9am, no one had showed. When I texted to inquire, someone had the nerve to tell me it was a window (which is NOT what was communicated) and then became belligerent and threatened to cancel the appt altogether when I stuck up for myself. When I said it was up to them, they ultimately refused to do the job. Not an issue because we found a more reliable, cheaper and FRIENDLY company within minutes. I'm not sure how all their ****** reviews are positive (outside of them likely reporting negative ones to be removed), but please save yourself and go elsewhere.
