Google1Responded to a ValPak coupon. Was supposed to get the $129 service for $39. Four garage doors, so over $500 of service for $160. Guy arrives on time, asks my husband what he wants done. My husband said whatever my wife ordered. He said I guess I’ll grease the tracks. In the 10 minutes he was there he told multiple LGBTQ+ jokes….inappropriate! I’m not sure how he did $500 worth of service in 10 minutes. Called 3x to talk to someone and left voice messages. Challenged the charge on my credit card statement and they sent an invoice saying I received $100 discount off $260 for service. Credit card company sided with them because they provided an invoice. Called again and got someone. They said that the person who did the service was the area manager. How awful. She also told me that while they grease the tracks they are visually inspecting the mechanisms so that was what I ordered. I have two doors with obvious gaps on the bottom that I wanted them to fix. I am very unpleased with this company and would not recommend them. Overhead Doors may charge more but at least they do the job right.

Google4Our service tech was excellent. He was on time, and explained everything he had to do, as well as some good-to-have options. The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service is expensive.

Google5Elliot has been out twice to work on my garage door. During both visits he was punctual, professional and personable. He worked quickly to resolve the problems and the pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

Google5We were having issues with our garage door opener and called your company only because we got a coupon in the mail. I was so surprised how fast we were able to get an appointment. Brian was great he explained everything and got everything changed out quickly even though it was the coldest day ever. I honestly thought because of the weather our appointment would be canceled. He asked if we had any questions and said not to hesitate to call with any questions or problems that we might have and you would never know he was here.
