Google3I thought the cost was outrageous. $850 for 1/2 hour installation and an (approximate) $250 garage door opener kit. Home Depot quoted about half the price for parts and labor. To UAD credit, another specialty garage door service provided a similar estimate. I believe UAD installed an older, discontinued motor kit. The quality of work was good, the technician was upfront about the cost when he arrived, and the work was done very quickly. If its not an emergency, I would save your money and go to HD or hire a handyman.

Google1They’ve been to my house 5x already. The initial consultation and then the next three visits, continue to bring the wrong panel. Here is photo of the 3rd anttempt and is obviously the wrong panel. Maybe next time they’ll get it right.
