Google5Joey is so great to work with. He takes the extra time and steps to make sure that your problem is properly diagnosed. He is very honest and will not try to get you to make any unnecessary repairs. I have been utilizing his services since 2003 and have never been disappointed with his services.

Yelp5Joey installed a new garage door motor expeditiously last summer after ours was struck by lightning. Then the dog messed up the wiring and Joey came back and fixed it! Like magic:)

Yelp5Joey's Garage Door Company was prompt & on time; before time! He is extremely knowledgeable of his craft. My garage door would go down but not lift up. He did the job & also did a PM (preventative maintenance) on other parts, including repairing a dent in the bottom Panel. I would highly recommended this company

Yelp5I discovered that our garage door spring broke at 10:30 Monday. Joe was at my house at 7:45 the next morning, had the parts, fixed the door and i was on my way to work by 8:15. Great service!! Responsive and reasonable.

Yelp1Joey Ramos used to be under Any Area Overhead is cheap and the quality of work shows it. He will not honor his warranty! They will blame you, your home, his staff anything to not honor his warranty!!! Joey come fasten the track right to my wall as requested on 4/25, 4/28, 4/30, 5/1, 5/7, 5/11, 5/15, 5/16 and 5/22/19. These dates are not including the many promises from his technician from San Antonio gave to come. He has one tech and he does not live in the area Joey says he services. I did make a mistake and I worked as fast as I could to fix it and I did. When are you going to do the honorable action and keep your word. My track is not fastened and it is moving and it will break again. Is that your goal??

Yelp5These guys are the best! The first time I called Joey, it was because I had called 2 other garage door services and they couldn't come on my schedule and then not for a while. However, they took my specific garage door opener information (Genie model, etc) and informed me that I had an old unit and it needed to be completely replaced with a new one. Joey came out, diagnosed what was wrong and immediately informed me that my Genie came with a lifetime warranty on replacement parts & that Genie would pay for it. Genie, did pay for it & also paid for the installation, but alas, Joey was not on their list of installers. I felt badly, for he had spent some time diagnosing the problem & didn't get anything out of it. That was last year. This year, after a thunderstorm, my garage door malfunctioned. I called Joey and he accommodated my schedule, came out after hours with his colleague and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. I am pleased and plan to recommend him widely.
