Google5We used Overhead Door Company for our facility in Saint Rose and they were incredible! They came out quoted the job and did the service in a very timely manner!! Give Jessie Volpi a call for all of your commercial and residential wants and needs, she's the bomb!!

Google1Do not use them for residential garage doors and openers. They installed a new opener 3.5 years ago and its been problem after problem. The most recent was last week - remotes and keypad stopped working. I googled and did all the things and finally called for. Technician to come out. They came the next day which I thought was great until it was clear they only worked on business doors - they were nice but had zero clue. They googled, called friends and spent an hour to tell me I needed a new motor board…2nd one in under 2 years. They charged me $351 for the service call in which they googled. It was free for me to do the same. They still haven’t called with the quote but the last time this happened it took me calling daily for them to actually order it and install it. Over a month later so thus time I found a new company to install a new opener…which all happened in 24 hours! On too of being horrible their customer service is beyond awful. Stay away!

Google1I actually didn't want to give any stars. This company deserves -10 stars.. they have the worst Customer Service imaginable. They say they will get back to you in a "timely " manner...well it's been five days two calls and two emails later. I called another company and they came within an hour, on a Saturday no less. This new company very professional, friendly, fixed my garage door and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to pay my bill. I will never contact Overhead Doors again. I guess when your as big as they are, repairs no matter the size just don't matter.
