    Service personnel was excellent. It’s just a mindset that replacement cost would have been too high. This was not the result, and either Customer had to withstand a long period of delay service completion.

    After horrible experience with Jerome 1/27, JOSHUA came out 1/29 and expeditiously completed the job. I would definitely recommend Joshua for any HVAC repair. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fantastic work ethic. Sears home repair service customer service was great in addressing my dissatisfaction with Jerome’s attitude and lack of concern for completing the job he was hired to do. Getting through to a live person was challenging, but once I connected problem quickly solved.

    This review is not for the specific technician, but for SEARS repair service overall. The lack of communication within this company is WILD. We hired SEARS to repair our dryer. A technician was sent out to diagnose and order the parts needed for the repair. We waited 3 weeks for the parts to finally arrive, at which point SEARS sent out a DIFFERENT technician who called me on his way to say that if he "didn't agree" with the diagnosis that the first tech made, he may not be able to fix our machine. He arrived and looked at the parts that were ordered, unsurprisingly "didn't agree", nor could he get a screw out of the machine to open it so he said he wouldn't be fixing the machine. During the 3 weeks of waiting for the parts to arrive, I attempted to contact SEARS multiple times, but they only have AI customer service now and they won't connect you to a real person. The technicians who came out do not communicate with each other which seems insane if they are going to send two different people. We ended up having to just order a whole new machine because the tech refused to fix ours. If I could give negative stars, I would. Horrible service.

    Issue not resolved. American Home Warranty Customer service was told a leak from behind the washer was occurring and sent out a Sears technician that essentially just referred us to a plumber. When asked to clarify procedure to troubleshoot, technician responded in a matter of fact way, “that’s between you and the plumber.” very frustrated. Was charged $100 for absolutely no reason, only miscommunication.

    Israel and his assistant were very polite and courteous. He explained what needed to be replaced and completed the job quickly. Very happy with the service I received.

    HORRIBLE! From the. Get go….my name is wrong I’ve expressed that several times! My time was 8 - 5 but was told I would be notified by text & email the night before as well as morning of I WASNT! I called several times trying to talk to someone about a time AI wouldn’t put me thru when it picked up my number my appointment was confirmed I was disconnected. Finally the tech called me (NOT HIS FAULT) st 2;30 to say I’ll be there before 5. At 5:00 Joesph showed up very nice tech but didn’t have the part to fix my washer and wouldn’t be in till December. I declined his service I paid the service charge BUT I feel as if I should have received a discount due to communication. I don’t recommend Sears and I wont be calling them again.

    We cannot say enough about Mr. Israel’s knowledge, his professionalism, or how personable he is. Quick and thorough, not only did he diagnose the issue, he came up with the plan to get us back up and running quickly. He also provided peace of mind for our family regarding any other unplanned issues that may arise with our common household appliances. Thank you, Mr. Israel! Thank you, Sears!

    In the beginning the sale pitch was with the contract you get the service fee wave and 50%off the repair. 50% off repair we didn’t get and was told it couldn’t be amended. The repair person came out and did the job but forgot to put all the parts back in my refrigerator freezer. I call him and he is supposed to come back out and put the part back in. I’m still waiting. My refrigerator freezer is working right now. 🙏🏽❤️
