Previously, another company had replaced my torsion spring but didn't let me know that switching from a single to a dual torsion spring system required extra changes. Michael pointed out what should be done to fix the issue for good, so it won’t happen again. The service was excellent—definitely a 10/10 experience. I will use their garage door services again in the future!
