Google5I called Best New York Garage Door Repair late at night to arrange an emergency garage door repair. They came out first thing the next morning, and sent Michael to help. He was very knowledgeable, explained what caused the problem, and told me exactly what needed to be fixed or replaced. Previously, another company had replaced my torsion spring but didn't let me know that switching from a single to a dual torsion spring system required extra changes. Michael pointed out what should be done to fix the issue for good, so it won’t happen again. The service was excellent—definitely a 10/10 experience. I will use their garage door services again in the future!

Yelp5Professional. If I had to pick one word to describe these guys it would be professional. At 8am thanksgiving morning they showed up at my bar to fix what I thought was an almost impossible job. If you took one look at my gate you would have thought it would have to be cut out and replaced. If they had told me that's what needed to be done I would have believed them and paid any price to fix it. However, lucky for me these men knew what they were doing. After brainstorming ideas they set out a plan and executed it perfectly. Within an hour and a half my gate was better than it has been since I can remember. It makes less noise, it glides as it goes up and down, and they didn't have to replace a thing. They did all of this while constantly talking and joking with me. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them for any of your garage or gate needs. While I hope I never have an issue with my gate again, if I do I'm not worried because I know that this company has my back.
