Google5Our garage door spring snapped so I looked on the big G for a local garage doors company in Harlem and found BQE Garage Doors. I called and spoke to Paul who came over and fixed it quickly and perfectly. He even tuned up the door with some new cables and a good tightening of everything. You can tell he really cares about making the customer happy. The garage door works great now and the price was right. I highly recommend Paul at BQE Garage Doors.

Google5Miles came as scheduled, very polite, offered choices for repairing. I chose cheaper choice, no new parts, just reestablishing tension without warranty on his work. He's obviously very experienced. He worked quickly and cleverly with the car in his way and even cleaned up some unbalance of the door. I didn't need a warranty after watching him work! Thank you, Miles and to the owner of BQE Garage Doors, after the service Miles provided you just earned a new customer.

Google5I requested a quote for spring replacement on Tuesday morning. Harold came the same day and provided a quote to repair replace my two springs and replace one garage cable. The quote was competitive and more than $150 cheaper than another local garage door company in Bronxville. Harold finished the repair in 40 minutes and also completed some routine maintenance on my garage. He was very professional and thorough. I will use BQE Garage Doors for any future work needed on my garage.

Google5Ted provided some of the best customer service we have experienced in the Bronx area! BQE Garage Doors went above and beyond in every manner. Helped with choosing the door, used quality products, and over delivered on their commitment to install our garage door. They delivered on schedule and never once even hinted at extra costs. Even went the extra mile to install an extra plug for my car at no charge. If you want to use a service that you can trust, I would give BQE Garage Doors a call. I'm sure they are going be booked to capacity very soon.

Google5My garage door closing limit switch died and I could only close the door manually. I called BQE Garage Doors at 7:00pm and Joe said that he'd be out in about an hour to fix it. I didn't ask for an estimate but as it turned out, I didn't need one. Joe's pricing was fair for the job he did and I was happy to pay it. He arrived at 8:15am, evaluated the switch. Showed me it was broken and got a new one from his truck. He replaced it in about 15 minutes and it worked perfectly the first time. Then, without asking him, he noticed that one of my springs was looser than the other and he immediately got out a tool and tightened it back up. He finished the job by lubrication all of the moving parts so that the door opened and closed much more quietly than ever before. I highly recommend Joe and BQE Garage Doors company. I would most certainly use them again.

Google5BQE Garage Doors was the first to respond to my request for a quote for a garage door opener installation and came in at least $50 lower than the other garage companies in Bronx that responded. When I told Greyson that I wanted to purchase the garage door opener myself, he advised me on the best brand to purchase (Lift master). The gentleman who came to do the installation was very courteous and professional, had my old opener removed and the new one installed in less than one hour. He showed me how to work all the new features. I had to replace this old opener as a condition of my home sale and was so pleased with the quality of service and the value that I got from that I have decided that I am going to use them to immediately replace the old garage door opener at my new home. An outstanding experience in every way! Thanks BQE Garage Doors.

Google5Juan came out on Sunday to determine if our cracked garage door could be repaired. Unfortunately he explained that he couldn't repair it in a way that the door will work safely and that I will have replace it. He promised to install it Monday morning and offered a senior discount and more reasonable price if we paid by check. His installer showed up early and called me in advance and asked if it is OK to come 30 minutes earlier. He installed the new garage door within couple hrs and cleaned up. Juan gave a full warranty on the door. I highly recommend using Bqe garage repair.

Google5I had an outstanding experience working with the installers of BQE Garage Doors. They were referred by one of my neighbors who know how particular I am about contractors. Working with BQE was a pleasant surprise. It is refreshing to work with people that are honest, punctual and competitively priced. Richard who came to install my new garage door is very knowledgeable, and works very efficiently. I deal with contractors in my business quite frequently, and I am not easily impressed, but this company understands how important customer service is. I was impressed with Richard and his company, and I am not surprised they are getting that many 5-star reviews. I am happy to recommend them to my friends and neighbors in the future and will contact BQE Garage Doors for any future garage door project in The Bronx.

Yelp5Great Service, Saraf arrived on time and was very courteous and informative. He explained what was needed and repaired the door quickly. It works better than it did when it was new. Very Satisfied .
