Angi1On January 17, 2023 your guy by the name of Tom Peres came in to install the new Craftsman garage door opener that we had bought. Although there was a new chain in the new Craftsman box, he did not want to replace the chain that we had. He did not install the remote garage door opener that was in the box He did not replace the "eyes" that we had, although the new pair of eyes are still sitting in the new Craftsman box. The next day, we heard a strong bad noise as we were using the garage door. We called him on his cell phone, which he had given us, so that next time we need something we can call him directly, without going through the Company and Angi. He told us this noise is because our Craftsman motor is no good, and did not want to come back to fix it. After few weeks of listening to this bad noise, we had to call someone else to fix it. It cost us another $50 to fix something that was very simple to fix. The cellular number for Tom Peres is 213-492-0760. We paid him $250 in cash. he promised that the Company would send us an invoice and a receipt. We never received neither an invoice nor a receipt. Tom Peres needs to get fired. He is a lazy guy and just ruined the reputation of both Angi and the Company Closing Masters Garage Door. Services Rendered: Explained above
