This company was quick to take my $30 for "sending me a technician" when they knew ahead of time (from my pictures) that my door panels were no longer being made so therefore could not be replaced. After two weeks of not hearing anything from them, I had to contact them for answers. It has now been over a month and they will not give me back my money nor have they sent me a quote for a new door (which I requested at the time as well). I spent $30 and got absolutely nothing for it!!! Their business must be hurting that they need to resort to nickel & dimeing people out of money. This company is very unreliable and I would never recommend anyone to use them for an install after they way this was handled. SHAME ON YOU DIAMOND/CHRISTIE DOOR!!!
