Yelp2Definitely not the quality i had expected. The pros is that they respond quickly for a $45 cash estimate but thats all you really going to get from them. The first time i used them, they didn't really solve the problem and never phoned me back. The second time, they submitted a high quote and never replied to any follow up questions. At the end of the day, these guys are probably okay for light residential garage doors but lack the experience and professionalism for anything more serious. Like many internet companies that lack any real history or physical warehouse or office, its a hit or miss.

Yelp5Winter was over and I knew that one of the first things I need to is to make sure that our driveway gate will be secured. Got some pricing from different local companies. The crazy thing: range of pricing. From couple hundreds to repair the very old motors, to 10K to change the gate. Doctor Gate was someplace in between. And since they were recommended by one of the architects we are working with we gave them the job. Installation scheduled for Sunday morning. 3 installers worked almost till night welding and adjusting. Got the work done right, and even got a device that open the gate automatically when a vehicle approach the gate from the inside. They made the whole service stress free since they knew what they were doing at each part of the installation.

Yelp5Very pleased with the work done by Doctor Gate. They were very flexible with scheduling and accommodating to be available to come to the appointment at my convenience. The work itself was very quick but was done professionally and expeditiously, providing a solid solution to our gate latch issue. I believe they resolved my problem for the long term, but if I have any gate issues arise in the future, this will be the place I'd call.

Yelp1The worst possible company you can deal with !! Pathological liar !! Please do your self a favor and find another company if you ever find yourself needing one. Called in at 9am - promised a 15 call back. Then follow up 3 hours later then another 10 minute call back promised. I finally called at 5 pm to let them know they can screw themselves !! I could have gotten another company to get the job done but they wanted the business so I gave them a chance. Unless you want to be in the same predicament or I STRONGLY suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Yelp5Doctor Gate is the best! My storefront has a metal pull down gate- the springs finally went. I was so worried, but Dori came right away- his communication and promptness was much appreciated. Within 24hrs I had a brand new part with warranty and my gate was good as new! Dori was a lifesaver! I'm so impressed with Doctor Gate's services. A must for any Storefront owners! Will definitely use again! 5stars!

Yelp5Doctor gate is the best. Wish at would rhymes better... But for sure it is true. Serviced one of our commercial shutters, one we haven't used for at least 5 years. I told the technician Bill that I think we need a new shutter. Let me check he said. He brought a ladder and went up. Did few things, knocked on the bog cover, and I don't know how, but like magic the old shutter came back to life. It started slowly opening till it got to the top. Just some maintenance Bill told me. He brought a bucket with grease and started working. Try again he asked. I turned the key and the shutter went down. Now open again, let it wake up he said. And it did! After few attempts, the shutter started moving smooth and as if it wasnt stuck for many years. I want to thank Bill from Dr gate for not trying to charge where there shouldn't be any charge, and for making a shutter that seemed lost working again.
