Google5I first called up Doctor Gate for a quote and a little bit more information about their service. I had this idea to install a gate in my back yard for my dog during the summer time. Don't want him passing out while I'm away or anything and it would be good for him to get some fresh air. They sent a technician out and he answered all my questions and gave me the best deal out there. He got it installed the next day and I couldn't be more excited and happy both at the same time.

Google5We've been having problems with our rolling gates ever since we moved in two years ago, and tried calling the company who originally installed it during the previous owners' time - but was not able to get them to come out after the first initial visit. I really don’t know why since they are still in business. Anyway, good things sometimes happen when you don’t expect them. We contacted Doctor Gate, and the service was night and day. They were responsive, and got someone out to our store within 3 hours. Owen was courteous and on time. Installed a wireless gate opener for us, and lubricated both our gates. Great price and great service. You can just tell the company has really good people working for them. Thank you Owen and Doctor Gate.

Google5Needed a security gate to be installed on my property after the most recent theft. Had to do what any responsible business owner would do and contacted Doctor Gate. One of their technicians stopped by a short time later. He did his magic and my new gate installation is working amazingly.

Google5When we called Doctor Gate we didn't know what to expect. We were looking for someone to repair our gate and we needed done right away. They told us that wouldn't be a problem and were able to send a technician to our address. Once the tech arrived he wasted no time and got work on the repairs. He did an excellent job when all was said and done. S o glad we took the time and reached out.

Google5The track on the gate was severely damage during the protesting, but didn't have it fixed right away. The gate was difficult to roll up, but still did the job up until last night. While closing the gate became stuck midway. We'd placed call with Doctor Gate and they had a technician set out right away. He showed up within mins and was able to repair everything on the spot. We were really impressed with the level of work ethic. Would recommend their business to anyone. .

Google5Needed to replace a section of my gate that was rusted out completely. Thought it would cost me an arm and leg to repair the gate. Luckily a friend recommended Doctor Gate and so happy they did. They were willing to work within my budget and gave me one heck of a deal. They did an amazing job and totally love the service!

Google5These past few weeks been hard for me and my family and the pandemic really took its toll on the city. It was a miracle just to get someone out to repair my storefront roll up gate. Been working since it started and my bodega been providing food for my community. One day while try to open up and I just couldn't, gate was stuck in place. I had people waiting and they depend on me to feed their families. Thank god for Doctor Gate and their staff. They were able to show up within 30min and got everything fix in a heartbeat. Can't tell you how much they meant to me that day.

Google5Cant get any better. Drove back right into a roll up door that was on its way down. The edges of the door fell from the railings and the door wouldn't move up or down. Wasn't sure who to call but remembered that Doctor Gate once serviced our garage door and thought I will give them a call. Of course we can repair it they told me. I was relived. I knew them already and knew they won't charge me a fortune. Rick and Noelle carefully opened the door and placed the door back into the railing. It all took about 15 minutes. All by the gate doctors.
