The work was done fine, but the only issue I had was that they did not take the old door. I had to actually dispose it myself. They were very professional Everything was fine. What can be changed is the removal of the old door. that should have been somthing that they should have taken care of themselves, instead of having the customer do it. Home Depot uses independent, individual contractors. I guess each individual contractor has their way about doing things. What they could have improved is the disposal of the old garage door, instead of having the customer being responsible for the disposable of the old garage and the hardware and everything else. I think the company should be responsible to haul away the old garage door. It wasn’t a big deal, but I just thought it should have been included. It was a good price because it was a sale where they gave you a promotion with it. It was a good deal. I was fine with it. For the quality, no problem so far. The installation inside the garage door to where you can actually pull it up with your finger, so the quality is good. With my old one, I had to actually use all my muscle to get it up. Besides the haul away of the door, I didn't have any problem. Services Rendered: They replaced the old garage door and installed a new one.

We were not able to get home depot to service it but to reach out to somebody to come around and fix the problem. We called home depot to repair the Garage.My only concern is that home depot doesn't service what they sell.As i said we got our garage door in 1999 but when i called home depot the people who answer the phone behaved as if they didn't know were to direct you.or who to sent you to.However on the garage door they did a good job fixing and fitting it well and on time. Services Rendered: We bought our Garage Door in 1999 from home depot, it's still very functional.They only thing was that only last summer we had to have the a certain part repaired.

I WAS SATISFIED, BUT THERE WERE SOME MINOR ISSUES. THERE WAS A PLASTIC INSERT THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I HAD TO GO THE STORE, AND CALLED AND STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL THEY CAME BACK SEVERAL WEEKS LATER TO REPLACE A PANEL THAT HAD BROKEN. THIS WAS ONLY AFTER THE THIRD COMPLAINT THAT IT FINALLY GOT DONE. Services Rendered: THEY REPLACED A GARAGE DOOR AND INSTALLED AN AUTOMATIC OPENER.
