I decided to get a second opinion from another garage door repair company. After a more thorough inspection, we discovered that the lift was in good condition and the problem was with the wiring connecting the lift to the electrical source, It only cost $175 to fix the problem. I am very happy that I sought out a different company. Services Rendered: I was having a difficult time opening and closing my garage door. At times it would work and then at other times it would freeze and never move, I called Manna & Sons for an evaluation and estimate. After a 1 minute inspection, I was told that I needed a new garage lift installed for $550.

Made appointment for a few days after requested. Called on day of appointment and reported there would be a one day delay. Arrived the next day and performed installation quickly. The door is functioning well. Some of the wiring looks sub-optmal but functional. The cost seemed high considering the cost of the material was in the $200 range and the time spent was about one hour. Three other local companies cited the same price Services Rendered: Replaced motor, wired electric eye to prevent door descending when obstructed, two remote on checking controls, key panel to allow door opening by code.

HIS WORK IS VERY GOOD. HE IS RELIABLE. HE IS JUST LACKING A LITTLE BED SIDE MANNER. I GUESS THAT IS REALLY NOT IMPORTANT. HE INSTALLED A WHOLE NEW WOOD DOOR FOR ME AS WELL AND THE WORK IS GREAT. Services Rendered: I HAD A NEW MOTOR INSTALLED ON MY GARAGE DOOR. I NEEDED TWO NEW REMOTE CONTROLS WITH THE REPAIR.
