Google5I’m a contractor. He answered on the first call and was able to stop by and give me the best quote compared to 4 other company’s I called. He was very quick and responsive and the installer was neat, clean, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to do anything garage door related. Skip all the rest and give them a call first.

Google5NY Garage Doors scheduled an appointment the very next morning when I had an emergency with a door that wouldn't close. Guy was very helpful in scheduling the appointment and determining which technician was best suited for my repair. Edwin speedily diagnosed the issue--he clearly knows a lot about the various components of these doors--and replaced the defective sensors in under half an hour. I found both of them courteous and extremely capable.

Yelp1I had two estimates, both in close agreement. I asked Kutch's for a third estimate. They beat the other two estimates by $1,400. I asked them to confirm their price on the very specific door and opener I had requested a price on. At first no one replied. Then, I was told they would check their estimate. Finally, I was told they could not get a door from the company I specified because they did not have an account with them. Odd because, one would think they would know that before even doing an estimate, and also because it is one of the two major door suppliers that every other business mentioned. I feel I was being scammed. I would not do business with these people.
