Yelp1We called them to repair our garage door. They gave us an appointment for Thursday morning. Nobody showed up nor called to cancel. I kept calling, nobody answered, their voice message was full. They finally answered in the afternoon. They said that we were scheduled for the next day, Friday at 9am (according to them it was "our misunderstanding"). The next day arrived nobody showed up, nobody called us. This is a very unprofessional company. If you are not ready for business, please don't lie. Don't give appointments and then not show up. I recommend staying away from this company.

Yelp5Let's just say I'm a super satisfied customer!!! I called Michael yesterday afternoon to inquire about replacing my garage door and he was out the same day to give me an estimate. My door was installed today and I'm happy with the result. He was very professional, reliable, and efficient. I Highly recommend him.
