Google5We just had the pleasure of working with Presto to install our new garage doors and trim work. I was confident they would be great to work with when all of my questions were being answered very quickly and no question or concern was brushed to the side. When it comes to the doors and trim work, it all looks really beautiful and we are so happy with all of the work that Presto did for us. I'm confident there won't be any issues with the doors but if there ever was, I feel good knowing these folks will help. Tyler, our primary point of contact for the work being done, was terrific and the whole team was amazing too. I'd recommend using them for your future garage doors.

Google5I highly recommend Presto for your garage door needs! From start to finish, their service was amazing! They were quick to respond and come out. They were also able to get the parts quickly and complete the repair. The technician arrived on time as promised and was very professional. Everything went smooth and the door is working perfectly. They are a family business and really care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction!

Google1Prepare yourself for a horror story: Presto Garage Doors turned my routine fix into a chaotic nightmare. Their so-called "repair" left our garage door in shambles, and to add insult to injury, they shamelessly slapped us with a bill for the havoc they wreaked. It takes a special kind of audacity to charge for incompetence. If you enjoy being scammed and having your property trashed, by all means, choose Presto Garage Doors. For the rest of us with sanity intact, steer clear of this calamity in the guise of a garage door service.

Google1I HIGHLY recommend not using this company. Completely unreliable, horrible customer service and do not stay true to their word. I needed to get my garage door installed and and was promised that they would come out on a certain day, but there were a no show so I decided to call them and ask why they didn't show up and they responded extremely unprofessionally. They started yelling and shouting at me saying they were too busy and they don't know when they'll be able to come out and they would follow their own schedule. At that point I told them to not bother coming out and I'll find someone else to install my garage because I don't want to pay someone who treats their customers like garbage and only cares about themselves. I don't normally write reviews but I thought I needed to share my experiences because I've never experienced dealing with a company this pathetic and unprofessional

Google5I can not give enough compliments to this company! This is a family owned business for 40 years passed down to two wonderful, hard working men, Tyler and Tim. When you call you get a personal touch right away, without using voice prompts (which impressed me.) After explaining on the phone what I needed they gave me a ball park figure which was very fair after I was pricing around. They fit me in the same week. They came when they said they would and did a wonderful job replacing and explaining the new and improve garage door opening. I highly recommend this company and will use them again, if need. Their professionalism was outstanding! I'm so happy I went with Presto Garage Doors!

Yelp4Presto did a good job. I used them to replace an old garage door opener. They were prompt, and professional. I also thought the price for the job was fair. I would use them again and recommend them. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because the installer decided to reuse the old wires from the previous installation for the door controller instead of replacing them. Not a big deal.

Yelp5Super fast response. Literally showed up to my house within an hour of calling and fixed my garage door issue within 20 minutes. Reasonable prices and while we were interested in a new garage door, he wasn't pushy at all and showed us a few ideas in a catalogue and told us to just let him know when we were ready. Will definitely use again and recommend.

They showed up promptly, made a temporary repair so I could use the bay until the correct springs could be installed. Their pricing was very fair for the quality of their work. THANK YOU GUYS!!
