Google5They replaced the springs and noticed one of the cables was fraying. They offered to replace it for a discounted price since they already replacing the springs. I appreciate this attention to details and of course I replaced the cables as well.

Google3Hi, the technician came on time, repair was to replace a broken torsion spring (only one), on a single residence garage door, time less than 1 hr. However, the repair person was from a company called Best Garage Door LLC, based in Secacus, the contact number of this company is different from Shelleys Garage Doors. I thought i was dealing with a local town company. I felt the charge was higher than average, $450.
