Yelp5EDIT: The company experienced issues with Google Voice and they didn't receive the last messages. The owner, Gabriel, called directly, apologized, and wanted to rectify the situation ASAP. Company came the same day to fix the metal door. The company does fantastic work. My cellar door was broken into and I needed it fixed. The technician/owner recommended that I get a large circular lock and he said that it would take hours to cut through. The gates were fixed and they did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable, given it was almost the next day after our initial contact. However, my main issue with the company is their lack of communication and follow through. I had another issue with a metal door. The representative said he would come back to fix it. I had an inspection coming up and the previous inspector cited me for a broken door. I tried to contact the same person several times. He said "we are busy but I will get to you." Weeks went by and I texted him weekly. He continuously responded that he would get to it eventually. Inspection came and I was cited once again for the broken door. My last text was to please notify me if they could fix it or I will go somewhere else. NO RESPONSE. Common courtesy would be indicate that you can't do it. TL:DR : Work is fantastic. communication and follow through is horrible.

Yelp1Good thing I did not do business with these guy .. not professional at all.. I think very dumb on ur end how u run ur business we could have been alot of future business together but u chose not to... remember 70%of something is better then 100%of nothing ....

Yelp5I reccomend this company to any and everyone who Needs repair servicing and installation. These guy are honest and fair with the price. Also or time and professional with the job that was done.. They did a great job or replacing and installing a new garage door with motor that haves wifi and whether stripping and new sensors.. They where done like in and 3 hours..also took the garbage with them.. Very clean work!!

Yelp3Pro: The techs are very knowledgeable and can most likely get your door back in working order in under an hour. Cons: (1) Although they claim they will quote you a price after diagnosing the problem but before commencing work, no such quote is provided. The repair is started before any price discussion. (2) No matter how little time is spent, and no matter how simple the solution is, the charge is always $500 (or more, presumably, but in my two experiences the standard fee is $500). If you call them, know that you're committing to no less than a $500 charge.

Yelp5As far as I'm concerned don't bother calling anyone else in NYC, these are the only skilled people left in this industry. We called a handful of companies out of the yellow pages, some came and left and couldn't fix our driveway swinging gate, some left and said they'd be back and never returned... two weeks of people showing up and leaving with the gate still broken. I had resolved the gate would no longer be mechanical and I would be manually opening and shutting for as long as we live here. They came once, saw what was needed and came back again with parts without me harassing them. I still can't even believe the gate is fixed! If there were more stars I would give more!

Yelp5So I needed a new garage door. Gabriel came over and gave me a quote, the invoice was sent next day. I sat on it for a while debating whether to install a brand new door $2,300 or stay with my existing $600. Big price difference. I ultimately went with Supremacy because their price was on the low end and they are licensed, insured and all that jazz. I got the whole thing done. An insulated door with glass, and liftmaster motor with wifi. Figured that may help with the Amazon packages. Neighbors can leave packages in my garage. I have attached photos of my new and existing doors. I was quite particular about wanting the same style as my previous door and am quite happy with the outcome. They actually cam back a week later to check in and removed the old brackets that were left in. The garage door is beautiful, the liftmaster motor works. I like it and great customer service.

Yelp5ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! These guys have saved my hide in many a broken gate situation. I am in an industrial building that has an older set of gates and have needed repairs after delivery accidents and just general wear and tear. From the first 5am emergency gate fix I needed to the numerous maintenance repairs I call these guys for - everything is perfectly done. Their customer service is above and beyond what I have seen of some companies in NY and their work is impeccable. I am not easy to please when it comes to my building and how I want things done. Gabriel and his team really explains my options. They talk me through what they recommend doing and then we talk about how I can accomplish the things I want. I am constantly impressed with their promptness in response to my calls. They manage my expectations honestly and I appreciate not being given the runaround on when they are going to show up to do the work. They show up when they say they will. Their prices are fair and they have not disappointed on the quality of work done. I will be calling them for all my future gate repairs as well as when I want to put up a whole new fancy gate system.
