Google5One cable on our garage door had broken. Pepe showed up same day and did the job. It looks good to my lay person eyes. If I have issues, I'll come back and update the review. For now I am very happy.

Google5Pepe did a wonderful job on our garage door. He informed us that we didn't need a new door. The one we had could be repaired which saved us quite a bit of money. Pepe did an excellent job the door looks fantastic and works like new. His work is excellent and he is hardworking. I am very thankful to have found him and would definitely recommend him.

Google1Started out as a solid contractor, but he has failed to return to complete the job. Peppy was aware that a new door and opener where required so that my elderly parents could use the garage as their primary means of access to the house when my father returned after a major stroke. He did not have the proper materials to complete the installation in one day so he said he would return the following day to finish up. Ten days later (12/21/19) and he has not returned., There is still a 3" open space above the garage door that allows the rain/snow, cold and birds to enter the garage. He kept telling me he will complete it "tomorrow" but never showed and never called to explain he why he didn't show. I have to reach out and leave messages until he finally responds. Today (12/14/19) he just stopped responding. Guess the minimal amount I held back isn't worth his effort to come back and finish. Now I will have to pay someone else to finish the job, but in the meantime my elderly parents have to deal with cold winds and weather entering the garage due to incomplete installation. I'm not even going to expect a warranty response if there are any further workmanship issues.

Google5Our daughter moved into a new home in July of this year and the 1960's split level had the original garage door on the one car garage. We got a referral to Ultimate Overhead Doors from a friend and we're so pleased both with the prompt response to our inquiry, immediate scheduling of the visit to see what needed to be done, and provide a quote for the work. Pepe was so great and let us know that most of the workings were still in good repair and came a few days later and did a wonderful job replacing the rollers, checking the motor and cables and replacing the electric door opener. He also provided a remote as well as helping our daughter program the system to her car. We would highly recommend for any work needed on your garage door. Thanks Pepe!

Pep the owner of the company came right out to my home to offer me a free estimate, he explained clearly what was needed and the work was done that day.
