Apple Doors has been great to work with. I ran across them when having trouble with my garage door. They set an appointment quickly, demonstrated a rare care for the customer service they provide and they made recommendations to help keep me satisfied that my system was working for a long time to come. They seemed genuine and weren't interested in selling me more than I needed like other companies. I'd highly recommend them when looking for a company that demonstrates integrity.

Brett & Joey are the best in the business. Those two guys are really good and great to be around. The 2 springs had broke and they replaced the old ones with a more durable spring for longevity. I would recommend them to anybody. May God continue to bless those guys. Awesome job fellas. Happy Holidays!!!

Our experience with Apple Door of Chesapeake was top notch. I called them Monday and Bethany referred me to a closer location that installed my door years ago. But they arrived Tuesday only to discover they did not have the spring required for my door. I considered calling another company because we needed it fixed today. But, I decided to call Chesapeake back. After telling Bethany we needed fixed today, she went above and beyond to make that happen. Joey and Brett arrived about an hour later and were very professional and friendly as well. They did an excellent job with all they did for the repair. The door works smoother now than went it was first installed. They gave me info about the maintenance plan they offer which I will definitely consider. I'm glad I decided to call the Chesapeake location again instead of another company. It was only because of Bethany's welcoming and helpful attitude that I did.

From the moment I reached out to Apple Door and spoke with Bethany every experience was positive. When Josh and Brent first came out they assessed the garage door and provided a solution. They had to replace the spring system which to my surprise was very affordable. The install was quick and efficient and did the job! After the install, the chain was loose and rattling and I scheduled Josh to come back out and he was able to adjust it and it has been working great. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend Apple Door!

Apple Door of Chesapeake did an immaculate job from start to finish replacing my garage door, motor, springs, and track system. I couldn't have asked for a more professional company hands down!! Rob and Josiah killed it with their professionalism, communication, and workmanship throughout the whole project.. Couldn't have chose a better company and team alike.. Class act down the board ! Thanks again for such a great job and continue killing it !

This is my second time purchasing an Apple Garage Screen Door. The product is high quality and a must have if you spend time in your Garage. I can work on my Car, watch TV or just relax without flies, mosquitoes or any other insects bothering me. The Techs were GREAT! The install required them to make a few modifications to complete the job. They made it look EASY! I highly recommend this product!

We couldn't be happier with Rob !! He called and came a bit earlier than our 2pm appointment when his schedule allowed . Very friendly, answered all of our questions / sometimes multiple times .. Wasn't pushy at all .. Very impressed with him and look forward to seeing him again for another door .. Excited to get our new garage door in a few weeks !! 7-5 Rob came out again re a new front door and screen door .. He answered all of our questions and explained all options - always very friendly, courteous and helpful .. We are thinking about our options before deciding on the exact doors we want ** our garage door is being installed on Friday and we're excited about that !! We can then concentrate on our front door/screen door .. Thanks so much !! On 7-7, Josiah & Josh installed our new garage door .. We are extremely happy with their work ** they explained the process to Brian * I was at work that day * and were even able to come by a bit early .. The new door is amazing ** fits perfectly with no gaps, easy to open and very quiet .. They explained everything about the door and cleaned up after they were done .. it was so nice to come home after work to a beautiful new garage door .. I'd be happy to put a BIG Apple Door sign in our yard !! We are thrilled and look forward to getting a new front door and screen door soon ( still deciding on hardware options etc .. )..
