2 garage door openers, first one lasted 20 years or so, installed. 1 new garage door installed about 6 years ago. A couple spring repairs over the 24 years I have owned my home. Office staff is friendly and all installers have always been happy to chat, explain, inform on the work they are doing. Highly recommend.

I had a very old 12 foot door that needed to be replaced. I had several companies including Millers come out for an estimate. Every other company want to charge quite a bit more and replace the original tracks and re-engineer the door because the ceiling overhead was very low and close to the top of the door by a few inches. These guys recommended going with a special door that is the same thickness as the original door and to use the existing tracks that were in good shape and of a higher quality than what is sold today. The door is fully insulated compared to the non-insulated versions the other companies quoted. The door took about 7 weeks to come in but when it did they were very prompt to schedule a day for installation. Paul came out and did the whole install in about 3-4 hours including new weather strip moldings on the outside of the door. The new door is so quiet and smooth, you hear the garage door opener more than the door itself, and that is not much to hear with a belt drive. He also told me that they use upgraded rollers in every door that also helps with keeping the door movement quiet and smooth. Overall I am very happy with the work and the new door and the price was the cheapest out of all the bids.

When I got up on March 7th and tried to raise my garage door I quickly realized that it was broken and that one of the torsion springs had snapped! After reading allot of reviews online of all the local companies that service the ********** area, I decided to call Millers! They gave me a estimate which was very reasonable and I agreed and they set up an appointment to come out and repair my door! A couple of hours later my cell phone ring and it was the ******* **** in ******* where my ***** is in a nursing home telling me my *** who has suffered from ************ for years was more than like going to **** in the next day or so, and I should come as soon as possible. So I immediately started packing and had a million things running thru my head, I felt overwhelmed. But my wife said just call Millers and tell them we need to cancel, which I did! The ladies there we so nice when I told them I needed to cancel and I didn't know when I would be back.<br/> She tried to see if they could work me earlier in the week but I was leaving immediately so that wasn't going to work. Long story short my wife couldn't get our dogs into the kennel that day so we decided I would go on, and she would come later with son and his wife. So I called Millers back and said my wife was going to be her for two more days, and asked could they put me back on the schedule and they said absolutely! It was thirty minutes Millers called me back and said they were sending a Technician out immediately to fix my door. The technician was at my house and finished in less than an hour, he also stayed and talked with us for a few minutes about what was happening with my **** as he had lost his *** to ************ as well! What a class act he was so kind! As was everyone at Millers that helped us during this tough time!<br/> <br/> I will never forget how they went out of their way to help someone they had never met before! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent response time, friendly, courteous, communicative, punctual, and just plain awesome. I reminisced to back in the day when the best businesses (mostly family owned) were honest, hard working, customer oriented & didn't upsell you and overcharge for everything. This business is top notch! I had garage doors that didn't line up and stopped syncing with electric door openers. The technician was punctual, very knowledgeable and super professional. It was $105 for the service call! Wish I had called them long ago!!! If your garage door is malfunctioning, call this company! You won't regret it.

Such a great professional company. From speaking with the office personnel Kelsey, I knew i was in good hands! She's helpful and despite a busy schedule for them, she was able to help schedule a tech, Dan, to come out in less than 24 hours!. Dan was sincere, honest and extremely friendly. Other companies I spoke with immediately wanted to sell me a new door panels before even looking at the door. Dan came and look at the door and had the dent fixed in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

My garage door recently broke and Miller's Overhead Door was recommended to me by a co-worker, so I gave them a try. Little did I know what a pleasant experience it would be!! I talked to Kelsey and she was on it! She had someone out in a couple of hours. I was at work, so my neighbor had the privilege of meeting Shawn, the service tech, and she was very, very impressed with him- his workmanship and his professionalism. They were so willing to work with me on time, billing, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Miller's Overhead Door to anyone!!
