Fantastic ! I called Zook Garage Doors at 8:50 AM. The owner of the shop answered and told me he was just pulling up to his shop but as soon as his crews came in - that they would contact me. I told him that we had a real estate showing at 11:00 AM and we ended the call. Around 9:15 his crew member called me and told me he would be at my house at 10:00. The young man was polite and professional and worked quickly. He had the springs fixed and trouble shot the entire system for any other potential problems. I paid him and he was gone by 10:30. I cannot overstate how pleased we were that they got this done immediately for us - so that it was not an issue when showing the house to our prospective buyer that day. That is a courtesy that far too many repair contractors no longer provide. Zook Garage Doors are good people. Services Rendered: Garage Door spring was broken. Our house went on the market last week. Monday as we came home after dining out the garage door would not open. One of the large springs had snapped in half. I have had this happen a few times before (Homeowner 3 houses over the last 35 years).

A home warranty company first assigned Sears to take care of broken garage door opener. Sears never called or showed up. A call to the home warranty company was made and the second time Zook Garage Door Services was assigned. Regina called the next morning and scheduled the repair for that afternoon. The repairman was prompt and had the problem fixed within fifteen minutes. This business is wonderful and I would not hesitate to use them again. As a matter of fact I am calling the home warranty company and telling them to drop Sears for any garage door problems in our area and only deal with Zook. Services Rendered: Replaced circuit board

I received a call telling me that my technician was Eric and that he was on the way. From his arrival to departure he was very friendly, professional, and competant. Courteous and professional technician that arrived on time and with all the proper equipment and parts to effect repairs. After repairing garage door opener, did a courtesy inspection of the other garage door; noted worn out pulleys, and replaced them. I couldn't be happier with this company and their technicians. Also, although not requested, examined second garage door for operation and replaced pulleys that appeared worn and with worn out bearings.

Eric Miller came out on December 31st and found we needed to replace our 21 year old garage door opener. He returned on January 2nd to install the new opener (which is so much quieter). From the moment I called for an appt they were extremely accommodating to my schedule. I had to get it done during lunch hour due to my work limitations. They showed up on time, the very next day, and the service was professional and well done. They charged me the exact price that I was quoted. It was the lowest quote of several companies including one which was ready to charge me 2 1/2 times what I paid. Very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them. We have used this company three times. They have installed 2 different garage door openers and did a repair on a broken spring. The are very responsive and do the work within 1 - 2 days. The work is excellent, efficient, and honest. Repairmen are knowledgeable. When I was going to replace a broken 1/3 hp motor, they advised I could get a 1/2 hp for the same price. They were referred to us by a very satisfied friend.
